All turbocharges rebuilt by Midwest Turbo Center gets the 100% treatment. Every unit will be torn down and inspected thoroughly to make sure all parts are in rebuildable condition. Then when everything is checked out the will be degrease and blasted to look just like new. After clean up every tube will be rebalanced and sent in to the build room. Every turbo gets new bearings, thrust, seals and internal hardware during reassembly. Every turbo is rebuilt to meet or exceed mfg original specs.

Rebuild price is based on a good rebuildable unit with no damage to compressor or turbine wheels.

Price does not include replacement of compressor and turbine wheel or extra machine work caused by excessive damage to turbocharger such as shaft grinding, center section honing, seal ring repair, ect.
